Highlight Films provides a wide range of camera gear for in Israel and the West Bank. Many documentary, corporate and commercial productions are now using high resolution DSLR still cameras, among them the Canon 5D Mark II and the Nikon D5000, for video shoots in order to get resolution which is higher than regular HD.
It is still debated whether the output video can be compared to the 4K footage of the RED ONE camera, but no one doubts its excellent quality.

We have two examples of time lapse video sequences filmed with the Nikon D5000: winter sunset and Tel Aviv urban landscape, both filmed by Director of Photography Amos Refaeli.

In addition to camera body, lenses, accessories and data storage cards, we provide full production support as far as crew, logistics and all production needs - from finding and releasing of locations, talents and extras to transportation and hotels, and any other services required by the production.
Finally, our post-production department can offer full post production services - footage transfer to other formats, editing and output as either HDCAM or any digital file format requested.
