The Israeli premier for KASZTNER will be at the Haifa Film Festival on October 19. This documentary film directed by Gayln Ross and co-produced by Highlight follows the story of a Hungarian Jew, Israel Kasztner, who negotiated for lives with Adolf Eichman. A trial and verdict that forever stamped him as the man who sold his soul to the devil. Murdered by Israeli assassins who gunned him down in front of his doorstep. Now fifty years later, his daughter’s desperate efforts to restore her father’s place as the greatest Jewish hero of the Holocaust, and to uncover the mystery that still surrounds his death.
