HD aerial & underwater video productions in Israel

Highlight Films provides all the required services for specialty shoots in Israel:

Aerial filming - we will provide the helicopter or airplane and flight crew, ground services, aerial cameraman and camera gear including stabilizing mounts. We will handle permits, flight clearance and all necessary authorizations.
Underwater video - we are working with the best underwater cameramen in Israel, equipped with HD camera and housings for diving in the Mediterranean and in the Eilat Bay.

Our next aerial filming days in Israel

The Highlight Films production team is now planning several shooting sessions of high definition aerial fliming from helicopters all over Israel. We plan to shoot between mid-September and mid-October. Dates will be defined based on weather reports and air quality.
Locations include Tel Aviv metropolitan area, Jersualem and the Judea Mountains, Galilee and lake Kineret (Sea of Galilee), the Dead Sea and more.
Our default format is 1080/25p HDCAM unless requested otherwise, and we use our Sony HDW-F900R on a gyro tripod.

HD stock footage: The Israeli army in high definition

The Highlight Films archive team has finished cataloging our new HD military stock footage collection - more than 300 hours of high definition footage of various units and branches of the Israeli army. The footage was filmed between May 2008 and February 2009, including during Cast Lead operation in Gaza. The footage includes drills, practices and maneuvers of armored units, infantry companies, helicopters, artillery and other military units in action.
The footage was filmed with a
Sony HDW-F900R in 1080/25p picture format. Part of it was filmed in HDV 1080/25 format.

The footage will be available fore licensing after Septembver 10, 2009.
Clips will be uploaded to the
archive section of our website in the next weeks. Meanwhile, screeners are available upon request.

New footage of northern Israel available for licensing

The latest addition to the Highlight Films stock footage archive includes HD shots of the Golan Heights, The Upper Galilee mountains and several Kibbutzim in the area, including Gadot, Gonen and other locations in the Golan and Northern Israel.
Footage was taken with our High Definition Sony F900R camera, in a 25P picture format. It is now catalogued in our archive and available for licensing to interested producers and buyers.

The latest addition toour HD stock archive: Highlight Films has purchased the rights of selling high quality stock footage filmed in Jordan, from North to South and from East to West. The footage is all in High Definition, filmed on HDCAM, 1920 x 1080.
The footage includes the historical castles in Jordan, the Dead Sea, the Red Sea, Wadi Ram, Petra, as well as nature, wild life and more.
