The Highlight Films archive is now offering the Highlight Films HD footage archive for licensing to Digital Signage platforms around the world. We have hundreds of hours of excellent HD footage, both aerial and ground, available royalty-free.
We provide footage both in raw format (pre-edited for clients who want to edit the final clips, and we often sell edited clips in the required duration specified by the client.
All our HD footage was filmed in 1080/25p format. Our archive iuncludes many time lapse sequences filmed in Israel. We are now expanding our stock footage archive to include 4K footage with unprecedented picture quality. At this time 4K footage is available only upon specific orders, but as of February 2010 we will have a variety of pre-edited 4K clips for regular licensing

Highlight Films offers tour groups and families arriving for a visit of Israel to create a personal visual memory of their visit. We can provide videographers who will film the group in important locations. We will edit it to a professional documentary film in any desired length.
Highlight Films produces personal video biographies for individuals who would like to turn their memories and their life story into films. This new strand has been developing over the last few years, and we have a lot of experience in researching and producing these personal videos for both Israelis and people from other parts of the world who would like to include their experiences in Israel in their video.
These videos are produced in total discretion. Only our clients decide who sees their video biography. We film all over the world, pending the locations and the approved script, and we edit in Israel.
The personal video biography is produced in the same ways and methods we produce a broadcaster-commissioned film. We film with high definition cameras, in order to keep it in the best video format available. The main difference from the TV documentaries we produce is that our client is the executive producer of the video. He or she decides what will be included in the final video and what will be left out.
We produce mainly two time frameworks: a 7-10 minutes video, usually for the purpose of screening in front of larger audiences in significant occasions, and a 40-50 minutes video which is usually more personal and is used for smaller, more intimate viewing.

Highlight Films provides a wide range of camera gear for in Israel and the West Bank. Many documentary, corporate and commercial productions are now using high resolution DSLR still cameras, among them the Canon 5D Mark II and the Nikon D5000, for video shoots in order to get resolution which is higher than regular HD.
It is still debated whether the output video can be compared to the 4K footage of the RED ONE camera, but no one doubts its excellent quality.
We have two examples of time lapse video sequences filmed with the Nikon D5000: winter sunset and Tel Aviv urban landscape, both filmed by Director of Photography Amos Refaeli.
In addition to camera body, lenses, accessories and data storage cards, we provide full production support as far as crew, logistics and all production needs - from finding and releasing of locations, talents and extras to transportation and hotels, and any other services required by the production.
Finally, our post-production department can offer full post production services - footage transfer to other formats, editing and output as either HDCAM or any digital file format requested.

In last few weeks we have been testing the integration of 4K footage into our HD archive. As of November 15, 2009, we will begin incorporating 4K footage filmed with the RED ONE camera into our archive. We already provide video production services in 4K for our corporate and commercial customers, and the next phase in incorporating this amazing format into our stock footage archive, including aerial footage archive of Israel.

By January 2010, our stock footage archive will be the first library in the Middle East to present 4K video, available for licensing to advertising agencies, production companies and commercial clients.
These days we are running tests with both RED cameras and converted still cameras, before we define our final technical parameters for footage and edited sequences delivery.
