Tonight on RTVI: a report about the Sobibor excavation, including the footage taken by our director-cameraman Amos Refaeli.
The RTVI report will be on the News from Israel program, beginning at 7:00PM GMT
The footage was filmed in the last two weeks in Sobibor, Ploand, during the beginning of excavating the former extermination camp.
The film “Revealing the Unforgotten” is now in production, and will be released by November 2008.
The film follows two seasons of the excavation in the Sobibor site.

Highlight Films have purchased a new Sony HDW900R camera set. Today, October 16, is the first filming day of the new camera. The set is complete with Canon 4.7-55 HD lens, LMD 9050 monitor, Sachtler 30 tripod and all accessories.
The camera will be used mainly for documentary and dramatic productions in Israel and the Palestinian West Bank.
Highlight Films is the only production company in Israel equipped with an in-house High Definition camera set.
